     On page 3, after line 30, insert:

     "(6) The appropriation in this section shall not be expended to acquire land through condemnation prior to January 1, 1995." 

EFFECT:  Restricts the appropriation for Watershed Restoration Partnership Program from being used to acquire land through condemnation prior to January 1, 1995.
