     On page 7, after line 35, insert the following:

     "Sec. 116.  1993 sp.s. c 24 s 116 (uncodified) is amended to read as follows:

FOR THE PUBLIC DISCLOSURE COMMISSION

General Fund Appropriation......$ ((1,989,000)) 2,114,000"

Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  $125,000 GF-S is added to the appropriation for the Public Disclosure Commission for costs of Attorney General representation and recent investigations and hearings before the PDC that required assistance of the Attorney General.
