     On page 60, line 21 of the amendment, strike "184,299,000" and insert "183,990,000"

     On page 61, line 9 of the amendment, strike "373,465,000" and insert "373,156,000"

     On page 63, after line 24 of the amendment, insert the

following: "(21) Regardless of fund source, the department is

prohibited from conducting a latex condom aging study."

EFFECT:  Reduces $309,000 from the general fund-federal appropriation and eliminates the Department of Health, Latex Condom Aging Study.
