    On page 4, after line 23, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 8.  A new section is added to chapter 10.64 RCW to read as follows:

    Within fourteen days of the entry of a judgment of conviction of an individual for an infamous crime, the clerk of the court shall send a notice of the conviction including the full name of the defendant and his or her residential address to the county auditor or custodian of voting records in the county of the defendant's residence.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 9.  A new section is added to chapter 29.10 RCW to read as follows:

    Upon receiving notice under section 8 of this act, if the convicted person is a registered voter in the county, the county auditor or custodian of voting records shall strike the name of the defendant from the roll of registered voters."
