                                                 WITHDRAWN 4/19/93

    On page 4, beginning on line 15 of the amendment to the amendment, strike all of section 7 and insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 7.  All unemployed workers shall be considered for employment and training programs under chapter . . ., Laws of 1993 (this act)."

    On page 4, line 22 of the amendment to the amendment, after "be allotted" insert "proportionately, by industry based on rate class contribution level,"

EFFECT:  All industries that contribute to the unemployment insurance trust fund and shall be able to qualify for employment and training programs under this act.  Funds shall be distributed proportionate rate class contribution levels.
