    On page 147, beginning on line 35 of the amendment, strike all of section 608

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes section 608 of the amendment.  This section would have required the department of health to establish by rule a program for ranking television programs based upon violence content.
