    Beginning on page 147, after line 22 of the amendment, strike all the material down to and including "policies." on  page 147, line 34

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT OF AMENDMENT:  Deletes section 607 of the amendment.  This section would have required public libraries to establish policies on  the protection of minors from access to violent videos and other electronic materials.
