    On page 7, beginning on line 6 of the amendment, insert new

              " PART IV. FRAUD DETECTION and CONTROL

NEW SECTION. Sec. 18. Adding new section to RCW 74.12:

    Applicant or recipients of aid to families with dependent children

who have been convicted for financial assistance fraud under RCW

74.08.331 are ineligible to receive benefits under the aid to

families with dependent children program for sixty months from the date

of conviction."
