    On page 9, after line 14 of the amendment, insert the following: 

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 14.  Applicants for aid to

families with dependent children must provide the name of both parents

of the child or children, whether born or unborn, at the time of

application.  An applicant who fails to comply with this section shall

have their monthly grant reduced by thirty percent unless the applicant

has good cause for refusing to etablish paternity."

    Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal

references accordingly.
