SSB 5972 - S AMD TO S STRIKING AMD (S3207.1)

    On page 8, after line 3 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"Highway Heritage Account--State Appropriation..... $ 137,000"

    On page 8, line 4, after "TOTAL APPROPRIATION....." strike "$242,437,000" and insert "$242,300,000"

    On page 8, after line 28, insert a new subsection to read as follows:

    "(5) The highway heritage account--state appropriation shall lapse if Substitute Senate Bill 5605 is not enacted by June 30, 1993."
