Summary of Bill:  All references to either the Department of Fisheries or the Department of Wildlife are changed to the Department of Fish and Wildlife.  References to the Department of Community Development and the Department of Trade and Economic Development are changed to the Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development.  Gender neutral language is substituted for existing language where applicable, and other minor technical corrections are made.
