Background:  Every two years the Legislature adopts a biennial capital budget approving the expenditure of state moneys for capital purposes.  Included in the capital budget are moneys for remodeling and construction of public schools, institutions of higher education, parks and green spaces, and state office buildings.

 

Summary of Bill:  The bill contains the omnibus capital appropriations for the 1993-95 Biennium.  (See attached list for specific projects.)
