BACKGROUND:

 

In 1992 the Legislature passed two bills amending the statute which provides for the administration of the Citizen Review Board Program.  One bill made substantive changes to the statute and the other bill made technical changes.  The Statute Law Revision Commission recommends that the statute be reenacted to correct the double amendment.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The statute which provides for the administration of the Citizen Review Board Program is reenacted to correct a double amendment.
