BACKGROUND:

 

Legislation passed in 1985 mandated the development of  proposals to reinstate anadromous fish into the Tilton and upper Cowlitz Rivers.  The Department of Fisheries and the Department of Wildlife have completed the studies and have developed the proposals.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The section specifying the development of proposals to reinstate fish runs in the Tilton and upper Cowlitz Rivers is repealed.  The studies and proposals have been developed.
