Correcting an unconstitutional provision concerning jurisdiction for violations dealing with motor vehicles.

          AN ACT Relating to correcting an unconstitutional provision about jurisdiction for violations dealing with motor vehicles; and amending RCW 46.08.190.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  RCW 46.08.190 and 1984 c 258 s 136 are each amended to read as follows:

          Every district and municipal court judge shall have concurrent jurisdiction with superior court judges of the state for all violations of the provisions of this title, except the trial of felony charges on the merits, and may impose any punishment provided therefor.
