Appropriating money for Grays Harbor Community College.

          AN ACT Relating to Grays Harbor Community College; making an appropriation; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The sum of five hundred thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 1993, from the general fund to the state board for community and technical college education for the sole purpose of funding two hundred twenty-five full-time equivalent students at Grays Harbor Community College.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately.
