Requiring the reporter of decisions to include the date of argument and date decided in published court opinions.

          AN ACT Relating to the reporter of decisions; and amending RCW 2.32.110.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  RCW 2.32.110 and 1890 p 320 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

          ((He)) The reporter of decisions shall prepare ((such)) decisions of the supreme court and the court of appeals for publication by giving the title of each case, a syllabus of the points decided, a brief statement of the facts bearing on the points decided, the names of the counsel, the date argued and date decided, and a reference to such authorities as are cited from standard reports and textbooks that have a special bearing on the case, and ((he)) shall prepare a full and comprehensive index to each volume, and prefix a table of cases reported.
