Correcting a double amendment relating to periodic case review for children in substitute care.

          AN ACT Relating to correcting a double amendment relating to periodic case review for children in substitute care; and reenacting RCW 13.70.005.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  RCW 13.70.005 and 1991 c 363 s 14 and 1991 c 127 s 2 are each reenacted to read as follows:

          Periodic case review of all children in substitute care shall be provided in counties designated by the office of the administrator for the courts, in accordance with this chapter and within funding provided by the legislature.

          The administrator for the courts shall coordinate and assist in the administration of the local citizen review board pilot program created by this chapter.
