AN ACT Relating to proposals to reinstate salmon and steelhead in the Tilton and Cowlitz rivers; repealing RCW 77.04.100; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 77.04.100 and 1993 1st sp.s. c 2 s 65 & 1985 c 208 s 2 are each repealed.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. Section 1 of this act shall take effect on July 1, 1994.
