HB 1023 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the termination of an employee who is at least fifty years of age without good cause.

     Specifies what constitutes good cause.

     Authorizes an aggrieved employee to file suit in a superior court.

     Specifies the appropriate remedies to be granted by the court.
