HB 1051 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Allows public agencies to recover the expenses of an emergency response to an incident involving persons operating vehicles, boats, or aircraft while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or drug.

     Limits the recovery to one thousand dollars per incident.

     Requires payment before probation may be granted.
