HB 1059 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Makes it a misdemeanor offense to enter a courtroom or judge's chamber while knowingly possessing a firearm.

     Authorizes local governments to prohibit firearms in other portions of a building containing a courtroom.

     Authorizes the confiscation and forfeiture of such firearms.
