HB 1065 - DIGEST

     Establishes a council to make recommendations about roads, streets, and bus stops that the council considers inadequate for school children as they travel to school.

     Requires recommendations to be submitted by June 30, 1995.

     Makes an appropriation of twenty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Expires June 30, 1997.
