(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for the registration of a security in beneficiary form.

     Declares that the designation of a beneficiary has no effect on ownership of the security until the owner's death, or on community property rights and obligations of owners.

     Establishes the responsibilities of the registering entities.
