HB 1069-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Establishes procedures for the seizure of property involved in the commission of a felony.

     Requires a conviction before property may be forfeited.

     Designates the disposition of proceeds of any forfeiture action.

     Declares that the chapter does not apply to property subject to forfeiture under chapter 66.32 RCW, RCW 69.50.505, 9.41.098, 9.46.230, 9A.82.100, 9A.83.030, 7.48.090, or 77.12.101.
