(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that an otherwise effective written instrument of transfer may not be deemed testamentary solely because of a provision for a nonprobate transfer at death.

     Regulates safety deposit lease provisions that purport to create a joint tenancy in the repository.

     Repeals RCW 11.02.090.
