HB 1110.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Establishes a procedure for the handling of a complaint that alleges that a child under age twelve has committed a sex offense.

     Provides for the treatment of a sexually aggressive youth.

     Provides for a dependency action if the parents or guardians refuse to allow treatment of the youth.

     Authorizes the transfer of surplus treatment funds from the civil commitment center to provide treatment services for sexually aggressive youth.
