HB 1121 - DIGEST

     Provides for enhanced enforcement of the wildlife statutes.

     Adds new sections to chapter 77.16 RCW to prohibit unlawful acts relating to wildlife.

     Repeals RCW 77.12.105, 77.16.130, 77.16.160, 77.16.180, 77.16.320, and 77.16.330.
