HB 1176 - DIGEST

     Requires a copy of any notice regarding budgetary hearings to be sent to the chairperson of all Indian education committees within the school district.

     Directs the superintendent of public instruction to work with the school district and Indian parent education committees to resolve budgetary concerns.
