HB 1185 - DIGEST

     Denies residential time to a parent and restrains the parent from contacting a child when a court has found that the child was conceived because a parent committed a sex offense against the other parent.

     Requires a neutral adult to supervise residential time if a court finds that the parent has engaged in sexual abuse of the child.
