(AS OF HOUSE 2ND READING 3/16/93)

     Directs the secretary of state to adopt by rule the affidavit form which may be used by electors to register to vote by affidavit.

     Requires that the form and registration oath must be signed to be considered completed.

     Requires the form to be filed with the county auditor.

     Provides that the knowing provision of false information on an affidavit is a class C felony offense.

     Repeals RCW 29.07.040.
