     Creates a joint select committee on education restructuring.

     Creates a legislative fiscal study committee.

     Designates exemptions for private school and home school student exemptions.

     Repeals section 505, chapter 141, Laws of 1992, section 501, chapter 141, Laws of 1992, and RCW 28A.630.884.
