     Adds health care assistants to the professions subject to the uniform disciplinary act.

     Adds the board of pharmacy to those having authority under the act.

     Increases maximum fines for violations.

     Makes disciplinary actions subject to the provisions of the uniform disciplinary act, chapter 18.130 RCW.

     Sets out board of pharmacy disciplinary authority over pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

     Authorizes the secretary to issue cease and desist orders against a person believed to be engaged in unlicensed practice.

     Provides for the parties to enter into stipulations to resolve disciplinary actions.

     Makes technical changes to the uniform disciplinary act.

     Repeals RCW 18.135.080, 18.64.260, and 18.71A.070.
