(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires the departments of fisheries and wildlife, jointly with the appropriate Indian tribes, to establish a wild salmonid policy by July 1, 1994.

     Directs the conservation commission to appoint a technical advisory committee to develop recommended wildlife and fish habitat management standards.

     Directs Washington State University to report on how to best integrate fish and wildlife considerations with the existing curriculum.

     Provides for incentives to water users to conserve water.

     Provides for a state-wide list of priorities for evaluation of instream flows.

     Provides for environmental education programs and projects in fish and wildlife preservation.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
