(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires a prime contractor to list the name and business address of subcontractors on any bid to perform a public work that is expected to cost in excess of one hundred thousand dollars.

     Provides that a failure to name subcontractors shall render the bid nonresponsive and void.
