HB 1373 - DIGEST

     Makes technical revisions to chapter 69.50 RCW.

     Revises the lists of drugs in Schedules I, II, III, IV, and V.

     Revises provisions regulating the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substances.

     Revises provisions establishing offenses and penalties.

     Repeals RCW 18.64.260.
