     Directs the deposit of the fees in the state admission to practice examination revolving fund to be used exclusively for the direct and indirect costs of establishing, equipping, maintaining, and operating the examination program.

     Requires assessment of the needs of certification candidates who have specific learning disabilities.

     Makes the provision effective August 31, 1995.
