HB 1433 - DIGEST

     Locates the University at a site in the Bothell-Woodinville area of King county.

     Appoints a board of trustees to select the site by July 1, 1995.

     Deletes the provision for the establishment of a branch campus of the University of Washington in the Bothell-Woodinville area and transfers all its power, duties, functions, and personnel to Cascade State University.
