     Prohibits the practice of athletic training without a certificate.

     Designates the conditions and requirements to be approved for a certificate.

     Establishes education programs and provides for examinations.

     Declares that the uniform disciplinary act, chapter 18.130 RCW, governs the program of regulating athletic trainers.
