     Prohibits the practice of athletic training without a valid license after January 1, 1994.

     Designates the conditions and requirements to be approved for a license.

     Authorizes the granting of a Washington license to an applicant holding credentials in another state or country.

     Declares that the uniform disciplinary act, chapter 18.130 RCW, governs the program of regulating athletic trainers.

     Directs the deposit of all fees into the health professions account.
