(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires a manufacturer to furnish a consumer with an express warranty, valid for one year, for a motorized wheelchair.

     Requires repair of the wheelchair or a refund to the consumer.

     Does not limit other methods of recovery.

     Prohibits any waiver of the warranty.
