HB 1472 - DIGEST

     Exempts certain individuals from the restrictions.

     Directs the department of wildlife to adopt standards for the training courses and to adopt the test for use in lieu of training.

     Authorizes exemptions from civil liability for good faith actions by governmental agencies and officials.

     Takes effect January 1, 1995.
