(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises provisions for the taxation of ships and vessels.

     Directs the department of revenue to collect all ad valorem taxes upon ships and vessels in accordance with RCW 84.40.065.

     Imposes penalties for late payment.

     Makes an appropriation of one hundred thirty-seven thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Takes effect January 1, 1994.
