HB 1483-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Establishes an application fee for a new surface mining permit of six hundred fifty dollars.

     Provides for an annual fee, after June 30, 1993, of six hundred fifty dollars and for adjustments for inflation annually thereafter.

     Deposits all fees into the surface mining reclamation account.

     Repeals RCW 78.44.110.
