(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Prohibits the distribution of a commercial fertilizer in this state, except packaged fertilizers, until a license to distribute has been obtained.

     Prohibits the distribution of a packaged fertilizer until it is registered with the department.

     Requires clear labeling of the contents of packaged fertilizers.

     Provides for the revocation of a license or registration for violations of the act.

     Repeals provisions in chapter 15.54 RCW.
