     Directs the state board of health to adopt rules by October 1, 1993, to establish a schedule of appropriate immunizations against vaccine-preventable infectious diseases for children and adults.

     Requires proof of immunization of students entering public and private higher education programs.

     Directs the establishment of five demonstration projects to increase immunization utilization rates among preschool children.

     Establishes an immunization enhancement grant program.

     Establishes a state-wide registry for immunization tracking.
