HB 1647 - DIGEST

     Requires the county auditor to designate an election board to issue the absentee ballots and supervise the voting at each satellite office.

     Provides that absentee ballot voting by personal appearance may be conducted at the satellite offices not earlier than the twentieth day before the election and not later than the day before the election.
