HB 1649 - DIGEST

     Authorizes an unregistered qualified elector to register to vote on the day of the general election for the selection of a president and vice-president of the United States.

     Requires registration in person in the office of the county auditor and provides for the issuance of a special ballot for the president and vice-president choices only.
