(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares that a member shall be eligible to receive service credit for all periods the member is on an approved leave of absence to engage in collective bargaining or labor relations activities.

     Makes the service credit retroactive in certain situations.

     Repeals RCW 41.32.034 and 41.32.355 RCW.

     Repeals section 4, chapter 3, Laws of 1992.
