HB 1740 - DIGEST

     Prescribes criminal and civil penalties for a person who absorbs, or offers to absorb, the taxes provided in chapter 82.64 RCW.

     Deletes the expiration date of July 1, 1995, for the imposition of additional taxes in the Omnibus Alcohol and Controlled Substances Act.

     Repeals RCW 82.64.900.
